Washington and his crew did an excellent job installing new flooring throughout our entire first floor after water damage from a hose leak. He was very responsive to my emails/texts throughout the process and worked us into their busy schedule. His team is quick and efficient and do an excellent job. I had them additionally resurface our ceilings and install recessed lighting which looks great. I highly recommend Loyal Construction & Services for any remodeling needs.

You can read my earlier review below. But I would like to add something here. I had a small issue come up in one of the bathrooms, it was likely related to installation but perhaps not. Also, was not sure whether still in «warranty» or not? But anyhow, I reached out to Washington rather than call someone else to fix, as they likely would have made a big or expensive issue out of it. And already long story short. Osmany came out within 48hrs and then had a sub come out 48hrs later and fix. Again, not sure their issue but this company did not just move on. They walk the walk. Thanks Washington and Osmany.

Osmany, who was the project manager, was terrific to work with. He kept the job moving along and was very good at offering solutions or suggestions. And also a shout out to the plumber and tile subs. They were excellent and took pride in their work. Overall, we felt very comfortable opening our home and allowing them to do their work.

I had the extreme pleasure of working with Loyal Construction and Services for 2 major projects. Expectations were laid out up front and the crew consistently over-delivered! Truly amazing experience. Across 2 homes, all projects were completed in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and detail. The absolute best combination across all team members.

Honesty is key and every step of the way, the team with Loyal explained everything and were open to all my questions throughout the process. I never felt I was being pressured to make one decision over another. The options were given to me in detail allowing our family to make the best decision for the house, with guidance on what was feasible.

There are numerous horror stories out there, but but working with Loyal Construction and Services would fit best into the genre Rom-Com! We laughed together along the way and then fell in love with the high quality work when it was completed.

We had several contractors give us estimates for our bathroom remodel. No one gave us as much detail in the beginning or gave us the confidence that they were the company that would take care of our biggest investment. Washington made us feel comfortable from the start with his manner and professionalism. He explained exactly what would happen and what might come up that would affect the budget. He was always flexible with any changes we made. All of the crew were extremely polite and professional. Any issue that we had, Washington went out of his way to make things right. After dealing with unreliable contractors, so glad I encountered Loyal Construction. Washington is very responsive and thoroughly detailed the project and timeline. We used Loyal for a master bathroom remodel and for new hardwood flooring on the main floor. The work and craftsmanship is beautiful. All of the individuals who entered my home were very professional and polite. My project manager visited daily and explained all aspects of the project as items came up.
