You can read my earlier review below. But I would like to add something here. I had a small issue come up in one of the bathrooms, it was likely related to installation but perhaps not. Also, was not sure whether still in «warranty» or not? But anyhow, I reached out to Washington rather than call someone else to fix, as they likely would have made a big or expensive issue out of it. And already long story short. Osmany came out within 48hrs and then had a sub come out 48hrs later and fix. Again, not sure their issue but this company did not just move on. They walk the walk. Thanks Washington and Osmany.I would like to thank Loyal Construction for updating our bathrooms. Washington was very professional and thorough in detailing the cost and scope of work. Osmany, who was the project manager, was terrific to work with. He kept the job moving along and was very good at offering solutions or suggestions. And also a shout out to the plumber and tile subs. They were excellent and took pride in their work. Overall, we felt very comfortable opening our home and allowing them to do their work.

Loyal Construction did a beautiful kitchen and bath remodel for a friend. So I hired them to finish off my freestanding home office building. They charged a fair price to install the insulation, drywall, and to add an additional exterior door. The owner and project manager were both very reponsive and helpful. The crew worked long hours and got the job done fast, despite freezing temps and rain. The work was done exactly as I asked, and they left everything as neat as a pin. I cant wait to have another project for them to do!

We had several contractors give us estimates for our bathroom remodel. No one gave us as much detail in the beginning or gave us the confidence that they were the company that would take care of our biggest investment. Washington made us feel comfortable from the start with his manner and professionalism. He explained exactly what would happen and what might come up that would affect the budget. He was always flexible with any changes we made. All of the crew were extremely polite and professional. Any issue that we had, Washington went out of his way to make things right. They helped steer us to a vendor who was extremely helpful. Osmany and Washington stayed in touch with us daily to ensure we were pleased. Osmany was always there to answer any questions or concerns. We interviewed multiple contractors to hire for our kitchen remodel and instantly loved Washington’s professional approach. He is very approachable and kind – willing to take time to answer all questions, provide options, and was thorough with helping us find ways to reduce our budget. He gave us 3D renderings that no one else provided that helped us know we were all on the same page. After dealing with unreliable contractors, so glad I encountered Loyal Construction. Washington is very responsive and thoroughly detailed the project and timeline. We used Loyal for a master bathroom remodel and for new hardwood flooring on the main floor. The work and craftsmanship is beautiful.
